Shipping

All products are shipped via UPS and are insured or have delivery confirmation. At this time we do not ship outside the US or Canada. Shipping and Handling fees are as applied:

To ensure the highest quality, many items are made fresh when you order them. Most orders are shipped out at least 48 hours after we receive them. However, please allow up to 5 business days for processing. If an item is out of stock we will notify you immediately with the option of placing the product on backorder, obtaining a refund, or substituting with another product.

Return Policy

Due to the handcrafted and sensitive nature of our products, we cannot offer a guaranteed return policy on these items. There will be NO RETURNS on any products with the exception of circumstances where the item is found to be clearly damaged or defective beyond the expected variations inherent to its nature, which is to be determined on a case-by-case basis.

Damaged item returns: Save all packaging materials so you can present all of the damaged materials to the shipper within 48 hours to ensure that your claim is processed. We ask that you please contact us via phone, email (info@pureessencebodycare.com) or through our web form so we can follow up with the shipper in order to assist with the claim. All items must be returned to us at the below address via UPS with receipt and return information enclosed.

Items missing or Incorrect: Please contact us by phone, email (info@pureessencebodycare.com) or through our web form for a return authorization number within 2 business days from receipt of your package. Do not remove any tamper seals or open any products you received in error.
